Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Global Programs

Location: London, Hybrid 3-days in office

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Global Programs team. In this role, you will work alongside operational and strategic stakeholders to support a large, global account through insightful data analytics, robust reporting, and data-driven solutions. You'll be instrumental in translating complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and innovation across global workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support enterprise, regional, and local data and reporting needs through intuitive dashboards and reports.

  • Provide advanced data analysis and storytelling to uncover actionable insights from operational datasets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital & Technology, Finance, Operations) to enhance data infrastructure and develop predictive/diagnostic analytics.

  • Design and build automated data pipelines to collect, transform, and visualize data across multiple business units.

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and best practices in data governance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong experience with SQL and Python for data wrangling, automation, and analytics.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), enterprise data tools (e.g., Alteryx, Snowflake), and data pipelines.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in workplace solutions, facilities management, or a related domain.

  • Ability to manage large datasets and create efficient data models.

  • Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning concepts.
