P2P Workstream Delivery Lead

One of our global retail clients is seeking a P2P Workstream Delivery Lead to support a critical SAP transformation programme.

Role: P2P Workstream Delivery Lead (Procure-to-Pay - P2P)
Contract: Initially 3 months
Day Rate: £700-£800 per day - Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in west London

The Hiring Manager describes this role as:
"A pivotal position to lead end-to-end process design and agile delivery for our SAP Procure-to-Pay workstream. This individual will drive integration across business functions, oversee agile sprint delivery, and ensure SAP processes are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives. We're looking for someone who can shape and deliver at pace, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and measurable business outcomes."

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in P2P process delivery, ideally within complex SAP transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA architecture and process design
• Demonstrable experience in agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe or similar)
• Experience within Retail industry ideal
• Background in consulting or transformation leadership, ideally within regulated or asset-intensive industries
• Confident working cross-functionally across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business areas
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - capable of influencing senior leadership, Product Owners, and technical teams
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, support UAT, and deliver process optimisation

This is an initial 3-month contract outside IR35, requiring 3 days per week at a west London office.
