A newly created role, the Financial Reporting Manager will support the Group CFO and work closely with international finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting across all global entities. This is a high-profile opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business during a period of significant financial transformation, including a global IFRS implementation and preparation for a private equity exit in the next 3-5 years.

You will be instrumental in overseeing external reporting processes, managing relationships with audit and tax advisors (RSM), and ensuring the business remains compliant across multiple jurisdictions. • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
  • Experience working with external advisors and auditors across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to manage compliance processes in a multi-entity, global environment
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Group's external advisors (RSM) on accounts preparation, audits, and tax compliance
  • Oversee compliance of local subsidiaries, managing global relationships with RSM offices
  • Support the Group CFO in implementing IFRS across international entities (technical work already completed - focus is now on restatement and application)
  • Maintain a well-structured, documented financial reporting process to support future due diligence and PE exit
  • Contribute to strategic financial projects, including planning for a private equity exit in 3-5 years
  • Participate in broader finance initiatives and cross-functional projects as required
