An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accounting Manager to join a market leading brand. This is a key position within the Finance function, responsible for corporate and statutory reporting, tax compliance, and shareholder submissions across a high growth, multi entity structure.
You'll play a central role in delivering accurate and insightful financial information to senior stakeholders and shareholders, all within a dynamic, collaborative, and people focused environment.

The Financial Accounting Manager Role

  • Lead all aspects of corporate reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and management accounts for shareholders.
  • Manage corporation tax and deferred tax calculations and reporting.
  • Produce quarterly Board Pack analysis and commentary on performance.
  • Partner across the business to understand forecasts, projections, and key performance drivers.
  • Coordinate the annual statutory group financial statements, including the consolidation of multiple entities.
  • Improvement across the reporting and control environment.


What You'll Bring to the Financial Accounting Manager role

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong experience in technical accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of IFRS and statutory disclosure requirements.
  • Sound working knowledge of corporation tax principles.
  • Confident communicator able to present financial results and insights to senior leadership and shareholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with a passion for process improvement.
