Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC

Location: West Midlands / 2-3 days on site

Contract Type: Full-Time | Fixed-Term (12 Months) with potential to go permanent.

Role Summary

We're working with an iconic organisation based in the West Midlands to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be working within a high-profile environment where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and insightful reporting
• Lead financial planning cycles (budgets, forecasts, long-range plans)
• Partner with budget holders to support and challenge decisions
• Track costs and revenues with internal teams and suppliers
• Manage capex planning and tracking across multiple divisions
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support investment decisions
• Enhance financial controls and reporting processes
• Support internal and external audits

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent experience
• Strong business partnering skills with non-financial stakeholders
• Proven experience in month-end and management accounting
• Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
