Programme Manager – Global Finance TOM Transformation
Contract | Day Rate | 3–4 Months | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a global Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation during a critical phase of delivery. The business is also undergoing a SAP S/4HANA implementation, so experience working alongside or within S/4HANA programmes is highly desirable.
The Role
You will own and drive a complex, global finance transformation, working across multiple business functions and geographies. The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand organisational nuances, connect disparate workstreams, and manage senior stakeholders through change.
This is a day-rate contract for 3–4 months, requiring someone immediately available and able to add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a global Finance TOM transformation programme
- Align Finance TOM outcomes with the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, Change, and Technology
- Drive programme governance, milestones, and delivery
- Coordinate UK-based Finance and Change teams with US-based Technology teams
- Attend and facilitate key workshops in London
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex, global programmes
- Hands-on experience delivering a Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Finance processes and cross-functional dependencies
- Experience working across international teams and time zones
- Experience working on or alongside a SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Background in large-scale ERP or finance systems transformations
