Job Title:
ERP Programme Manager (French Speaking)
Role: ERP Project Manager
Location: Remote / London

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation, specifically the migration from SAP to Dynamics 365, with a focus on the Lumos 365 ISV for upstream oil and gas.
This project is driven by a potential merger involving operations in Tunisia, and possibly later expanding to the Netherlands and Romania. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, ensuring business continuity, and managing a tight timeline, with the first stage focused on Tunisia and a target for full integration by August 2026. The expected duration of the role is one to two years.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating between multiple internal stakeholders such as the finance manager, procurement, and other teams, as well as external partners like Lumos.
  • The project manager must ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines, maintain proper coordination and communication between all parties, and uphold technological standards and documentation.
  • The role requires strong project management skills, and IT knowledge
The ability for this individual to have a strong core project management skill set and the ability to reduce the workload on the finance manager is very important.
  • French language skills are considered essential for communication with the Tunisia team.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added value, but knowledge of Lumos itself is not required, as it is a plugin for Business Central.
