Group Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager for Global Media Business!
£80,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits | Hybrid working
Stanton House is partnering with a UK-headquartered, global, digital-first media organisation operating across technology, data and creative services. With operations in over 30 countries and a client base of major international brands, this is a complex, fast-paced business where finance plays a critical role.
This is a senior, high-impact role within Group Finance, offering ownership of technical accounting and group reporting across a global, acquisitive environment, with strong visibility to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
Key responsibilities
Lead group-wide technical accounting and IFRS compliance
Own IFRS 15 revenue recognition, controls and documentation
Deliver monthly group reporting, consolidations and FX analysis
Prepare technical papers for Audit Committee and senior stakeholders
Oversee covenant forecasting and compliance for a significant debt facility
Lead group cash flow forecasting to support going concern and impairment assessments
Act as technical lead across a broad range of IFRS standards
Partner closely with FP&A, Commercial Finance, Legal and Tax teams
Drive process improvement and the use of automation and AI within finance
Desired Candidate profile
ACA Big4 qualified
Strong technical accounting and IFRS expertise
Experience of technical accounting and reporting in a complex, international business
Exposure to acquisitions, audit interaction and stakeholder management
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment
Confident communicator with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders
