Job Title: Senior Change Lead – Finance Systems Transformation Location: Central London (2/3 Days Office Based) Contract Type: 24 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
Role Overview Stanton House are working with a market leading business who are looking for an experienced Change Leader to drive the end-to-end change management workstream for a large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Transformation programme, including ERP and EPM solutions. This role will ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption across Finance and the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the integrated change strategy aligned to programme milestones and business objectives.
Embed change governance, reporting, and decision-making within the programme framework.
Conduct change impact assessments across processes, roles, data, controls, and behaviours.
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies.
Establish and lead a Change Champion network to support adoption.
Manage change risks, dependencies, and readiness across multiple workstreams.
Define go-live readiness criteria and support benefits realisation through adoption KPIs and hypercare.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading change within large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance programmes, ERP and EPM. (Essential)
Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
Hands-on expertise in impact assessment, training, communications, and readiness.
Experience working in complex, multi-workstream transformations.
Change management qualification (Desirable).
