Process Design Lead Location: Reading (Hybrid – 3 days per week) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits
About the Role We are seeking a Process Design Lead to help design, document, and standardise finance processes within a newly established Global Finance Services Hub. You will work across a complex UK portfolio of c. 80 contracts, supporting go-live, stabilisation, and ongoing process improvement. This role is ideal for a process-driven qualified accountant who thrives in a transformation environment and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Map and document end-to-end A2R processes, producing Desk Top Procedures (DTPs)
Identify and implement standardisation opportunities
Capture cross-team interactions to support training and knowledge transfer
Design and roll out standard data input templates
Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation, driving operational consistency
Identify inefficiencies and enhance controls
Collaborate with SMEs and offshore Financial Accountants
What We’re Looking For
Qualified or QBE accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent)
Experience documenting and standardising finance processes
Strong control mindset with an eye for improvement
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to work across multiple contracts with varying requirements
