Location: Reading (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits 

About the Role
We are seeking a Process Design Lead to help design, document, and standardise finance processes within a newly established Global Finance Services Hub. You will work across a complex UK portfolio of c. 80 contracts, supporting go-live, stabilisation, and ongoing process improvement.
This role is ideal for a process-driven qualified accountant who thrives in a transformation environment and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document end-to-end A2R processes, producing Desk Top Procedures (DTPs)
  • Identify and implement standardisation opportunities
  • Capture cross-team interactions to support training and knowledge transfer
  • Design and roll out standard data input templates
  • Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation, driving operational consistency
  • Identify inefficiencies and enhance controls
  • Collaborate with SMEs and offshore Financial Accountants

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified or QBE accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent)
  • Experience documenting and standardising finance processes
  • Strong control mindset with an eye for improvement
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to work across multiple contracts with varying requirements
