Role: Finance ERP Business Analyst Fixed‑term contract: 24-36 Months Salary: £65k - £75k Location: 2–3 days a week in a Central London office Start: Immediate requirement
One of our global clients is embarking on a major finance systems transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Finance ERP Business Analyst to support the delivery of a worldwide Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementation. The programme forms a core part of their Global Finance Vision, designed to modernise finance capabilities across 34 countries and create a unified, cloud‑based finance foundation. The programme is already progressing strongly, and our client is now seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to help drive the next phase of delivery. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role within a complex, multinational environment, requiring strong analytical capability, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across finance, technology and implementation partner teams. This is a critical position supporting a major global ERP transformation, contributing directly to design, data migration, testing, reporting and change activities while ensuring alignment with best‑practice end‑to‑end finance processes.
Key Requirements
Experience supporting a key operational finance workstream (O2C, P2P, R2R, Projects, etc.) within an Oracle Fusion transformation as a Finance Business Analyst
Experience as a Finance Business Analyst involved in an ERP programme in a complex, global, multi‑location organisation.
Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion finance modules and how they integrate with business processes.
Experience contributing to ERP design, testing and deployment activities.
Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process flows, functional specifications and test scripts. [
Ability to support data migration activities including cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving programme environment with multiple interdependent workstreams.
About the Role In this role, you will:
Support workstream leads to deliver effective, standardised outcomes for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Gather, document and validate detailed business requirements from finance stakeholders across multiple regions.
Support functional solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion finance modules.
Produce and maintain high‑quality functional documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks and test content.
Contribute to data migration activities, including preparation, validation, reconciliation and issue resolution.
Support systems integration testing (SIT) and UAT, including defect identification, triage and retesting.
Assist in reporting activities using OTBI, BI Publisher and other tools.
Contribute to change management activities such as user guides, training materials and business readiness preparation.
