About the Role
Following the strategic separation, we are supporting a business in appointing an experienced NetSuite ERP Project Manager to play a key role in its next phase of transformation.
This role will lead the integration of newly acquired and partner‑aligned entities into NetSuite, supporting their ongoing buy‑and‑build strategy and post‑carve‑out operating model.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, reporting into senior finance and transformation leadership and working closely with the CFO organisation, technology leadership, and third‑party NetSuite partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite ERP implementation and integration projects within a post‑carve‑out, PE‑backed environment
  • Own project governance, planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Act as the primary interface between Finance, Technology, Commercial teams, and external vendors
  • Manage NetSuite implementation partners, systems integrators, and specialist consultants
  • Ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to the target operating model
  • Drive data migration, process alignment, and controls readiness post‑separation
  • Support business readiness, training, and adoption for finance and operational users
  • Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders and programme sponsors

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record delivering NetSuite ERP implementations or integrations (NetSuite experience essential)
  • Strong experience in post‑acquisition, carve‑out, or post‑separation ERP environments
  • Comfortable operating in Private Equity‑backed or highly acquisitive organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including CFO‑level engagement
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and ERP‑driven operating models
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams and third parties
  • Delivery‑focused, pragmatic, and confident operating with ambiguity and pace
  • UK‑based and willing to travel to UK sites periodically
  • Immediately available or on short notice
