About the Group
We are working with a private equity–backed cyber security buy-and-build platform focused on building a market-leading group of specialist cyber security and technology services businesses through targeted acquisitions and operational excellence.

The platform is executing an ambitious consolidation strategy across a fragmented cyber security services market, bringing together high-quality businesses to create an integrated, scalable, and differentiated offering. The Group is focused on becoming a trusted partner to organisations requiring robust, end-to-end cyber security solutions.

By combining deep technical expertise with strategic investment, the Group is building a high-growth platform with strong recurring revenues, high client retention, and significant long-term value creation potential.

As the platform scales, the business is seeking a Group Financial Controller to build and enhance a robust, scalable finance function to support a fast-paced, acquisition-led environment.

The Role
The Group Financial Controller will play a critical role in establishing and managing the financial control, reporting, and governance framework across a rapidly growing, multi-entity platform.

Operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, this is a hands-on and commercially minded role requiring a strong technical finance leader with experience in acquisition accounting, leveraged structures, and integration of multiple businesses.

This is a broad, high-impact position with close exposure to the CFO, senior leadership team, investors, and lenders.
