We're looking for an experienced OCM Lead to drive change across a global cyber security and vulnerability management transformation programme. You'll lead the change strategy, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, governance, technologies, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the change management strategy.
• Lead change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Drive communications, training, engagement, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate workshops and manage organisational change risks.
• Engage senior Technology and Security stakeholders.
• Coordinate change activities across internal teams and external partners.

Essential Experience

• Strong track record leading OCM on large-scale technology transformations.
• Experience building change strategies from scratch.
• Expertise in business readiness, stakeholder management, and adoption.
• Experience working in complex, global environments.

Desirable

• ServiceNow transformation experience.
• Cyber security, vulnerability management, or ITSM exposure.

Ideal Background Enterprise technology, IT operating model, ServiceNow, ITSM, cyber/security transformation, or large-scale business change programmes.
