Job Title:
NetSuite P2P Business Analyst
One of our clients is looking for an experienced NetSuite Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst to support a critical pre-go-live phase of a large-scale NetSuite implementation.

Role: NetSuite P2P Business Analyst
Location: Predominantly fully remote (East Coast US working hours) with ad hoc travel to a central London office
Day Rate: £500 - £600pd Outside IR35
Start: ASAP

Role
Our client is undergoing a significant business transformation programme centred around the implementation of NetSuite across multiple business functions.

The programme is approaching a key delivery milestone, with a major focus on ensuring business users are equipped to operate effectively within the new processes and systems ahead of go-live. The organisation is seeking additional expertise to support stakeholder engagement, process understanding, and adoption activities during a critical phase of the programme.

The successful candidate will act as a key partner to the programme leadership team, supporting a series of intensive business readiness and process walkthrough sessions focused on the Procure-to-Pay process.

This role is not focused on redesigning the solution or challenging implementation decisions. Instead, the successful candidate will help users understand the future-state process, answer operational and system-related questions, and build confidence ahead of go-live.

The role requires someone with strong NetSuite and P2P expertise who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, handle challenging conversations, and clearly articulate the rationale behind established process and system decisions.

Given the stakeholder audience, experience supporting North American users would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Support and facilitate business readiness and process adoption sessions ahead of go-live.
  • Partner closely with programme leadership to drive Procure-to-Pay process walkthroughs and training workshops.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite P2P processes and functionality.
  • Answer process, system, and operational questions from key business users and stakeholders.
  • Help users understand the end-to-end future-state process and associated controls.
  • Support change management activities focused on user understanding and adoption.
  • Manage stakeholder concerns, challenges, and objections in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with programme stakeholders to ensure users are prepared for transition to the new solution.
  • Support validation activities associated with payment processes and electronic payment file handling where required.

Requirements
Essential
  • Proven experience on NetSuite transformation or implementation programmes.
  • Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, and payment processes.
  • Experience supporting North American business users or operating within North American finance and procurement environments desirable
  • Experience supporting business readiness, user adoption, training, or change management activities.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and confidently engage large stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills critical – ability to deal with change averse users and push backs.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
  • Ability to explain complex process decisions in a clear and practical manner.

Desired
  • Exposure to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) processes and payment file validation.
  • Experience working across global transformation programmes.

If you meet the above criteria, please apply below. We appreciate all applications; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
