Celebrating 15 years of creating exceptional experiences
This week sees Stanton House celebrating our 15 years anniversary. Everyone says this at these times, but honestly, where did that time go?
We have been working very hard to build and develop our business and to establish Stanton House as a trusted brand. One that delivers brilliantly for customers and one where our employees thrive and build careers.
We are very proud of how far we have come and what we have achieved together. I’ll share a few examples.
However, it is how we have managed in the last 3 years that is the greatest source of pride for me. From Q2 2022 we have been operating in what is referred to as the ‘Post-Covid Boom’ slump. For all the documented reasons it has been a very difficult environment in which to build and maintain momentum. Business confidence has been in short supply and that makes our job that bit more difficult.
During this period a mindset has gradually taken hold in our business. It is one of ‘let’s find a way’. One of the wonderful things about the job that we do is that there is always something we can do to move forward. It might be a new idea, a different approach; it could be improved operational discipline; perhaps a strategic masterstroke to find and exploit a new market niche.
We have a group of people who are constantly trying to find a way in the face of considerable challenge. Their willingness to adapt and to dig deep has been nothing short of inspirational. As a result, and against the odds we have enjoyed 5 consecutive quarters of growth. That is certainly something to be proud of.
I’d like to thank everyone who has played their part in the development of Stanton House over the last 15 years. It has been an absolute pleasure.
