Hybrid working - 3 days a week in client`s office Birmingham area

We are working with a FTSE listed business which is embarking on exciting digital transformation. They are currently seeking Business analyst to join their growing team and support the transformation:

• Document and analyse business processes, products, services, solutions, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on business operations, including processes, products, services, solutions, and data.
• Work closely with change management teams to translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Plan and manage the analysis of business situations
• Establish frameworks for investigative approaches
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership and provide recommendations
• Define problems and analyse root causes
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements from stakeholders, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions
• Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible
• Work with technology team members, functional counterparts, vendors and related business partners
