Senior Project Manager - £600-£650 outside IR35

We're hiring a proven Senior Project Manager for a fast growing, PE-backed tech firm, to lead on highly critical cross-functional initiatives. It is imperative that you thrive in ambiguity, have expertise in navigating immature or manual processes with confidence, and possess the gravitas to advise the executive board.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Working closely with the exec board, you'll be the driving force behind strategic execution of various critical projects, aligning Product, Technology, Regulatory, Commercial, and GTM teams, taking an outcomes-centric approach.
• Your diplomacy and confidence in managing demanding stakeholders will be key to cutting through complexity and keeping momentum high, holding people accountable along the way.
• You will be the cornerstone of the organisation's suite of strategic initiatives, maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountability

✨ What You Bring:

• Proven programme/project leadership in B2B SaaS (ideally within regulatory tech, compliance tech, GRC tech solutions)

• Experience working with sales-led organisations

• Comfort operating without a playbook, building structure where it doesn't yet exist

• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

• Deep understanding of agile product development and go-to-market processes

• A passion for process - being able to track delivery versus targets, making recommendations to the exec board in order to meet objectives, and holding people accountable to timeframes and expectations
