What you'll be doing:
Owning the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts.
Leading the internal and external audit processes, ensuring smooth and efficient year-end reporting.
Driving automation and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Acting as a trusted business partner, providing clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Supporting FP&A with budgets and forecasts, and collaborating across the business.
About you:
You'll bring strong commercial and financial acumen, a sharp analytical mind, and the confidence to influence at senior levels. With a background in start-up or scale-up environments, you'll be comfortable wearing multiple hats, rolling up your sleeves, and thriving in a business where no two days are the same.
What we're looking for:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with solid post-qualified experience.
A track record of managing audits and delivering robust management accounts.
Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
An appetite for innovation, growth, and making a real impact.
