Role: Finance Business Analyst

Day rate £500-£600pd outside IR35

Hybrid role: 3 days on site (Central London). Some international travel may be required (will be fully expensed)

Stanton House is currently working with a Private Equity backed Real Estate business who is going through exciting transformation journey implementing a new ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics. The client is looking for experienced Finance Business Analyst to join in and help with the creating of comprehensive documentation in support of a successful ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive documentation including Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs), and flowcharts for Finance and Real Estate business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-particularly process owners-as the primary point of contact for operational and control-related documentation.
• Partner with Process Owners, the Head of Internal Control, and project teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish effective controls across business processes.
• Lead or contribute to process mapping initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Visio to create clear and actionable process flows.
• Coordinate documentation activities across departments, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Skills needed:

• Strong ERP experience ideally Dynamics 365
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or risks in documentation and process flows.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio) and experienced in creating visual workflows and diagrams.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly document complex processes and procedures.
• Strong process documentation experience as an experienced Finance BA experience
• Multinational/global business experience
