Our client is looking for an experienced AP/AR Manager to take ownership of their Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing function.

This is a hands-on, high‑visibility role where you’ll lead and develop a small team of two, streamline processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure smooth, compliant financial operations across AP, AR, expenses, corporate cards, and billing.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading AP, AR, billing, expenses, and corporate card processes end‑to‑end
• Working closely with the finance leadership team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Rolling up your sleeves in day‑to‑day operations while managing and mentoring two finance professionals
• Driving process optimisation + supporting the rollout of automation tools and improved workflows

 
What we’re looking for

• Experience in a similar AP/AR leadership position (minimum 3 years)
• A proactive, analytical mindset with confidence making independent decisions
• Strong compliance orientation and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable navigating change
• Essential systems experience: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & SAP Concur
