What you’ll be doing
- Leading AP, AR, billing, expenses, and corporate card processes end‑to‑end
- Working closely with the finance leadership team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Rolling up your sleeves in day‑to‑day operations while managing and mentoring two finance professionals
- Driving process optimisation + supporting the rollout of automation tools and improved workflows
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar AP/AR leadership position (minimum 3 years)
- A proactive, analytical mindset with confidence making independent decisions
- Strong compliance orientation and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable navigating change
- Essential systems experience: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & SAP Concur
