Job Title: Finance Transformation Manager
Location: Basingstoke

We are currently working with a leading customer centric business based in Hampshire. The business is going through an exciting phase and as the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager who can play a key role in supporting their next phase of growth and development.

This role is responsible for delivering process improvement and automation by leveraging tools such as AI, across transactional finance processes and controls testing. It be part of the team that shapes the future of finance operations by implementing AI‑driven workflows, modernising legacy processes, and driving efficiency and accuracy across the function.

The role will have ownership around end‑to‑end automation initiatives and continuous improvement to transform the way finance teams operate.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience improving finance processes, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, OCR, Alteryx, AI).
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and automation integration.
• Track record of delivering scalable automation with measurable results.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is a plus.
• Background in finance operations or automation consulting preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

The role is offered on a hybrid working basis (typically three days per week in the Basingstoke office).
