Process Lead

Process Lead – Transformation Programme | £600 per day | 6-Month Contract (Potential of Extension)

I’m supporting a market leading Manufacturing organisation undergoing a major transformation and we’re looking for an experienced Process Lead to bring structure, clarity, and best practice across operations and finance.

Location: Oxford – 3 days onsite
Length: 6 months initial
Rate: £600 per day

The Role:
- Map “as-is” operational and finance-linked processes
- Design practical “to-be” future states
- Apply BPMN (or equivalent) methodologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Introduce scalable process standards and governance

Must-Have Experience:
- Proven process design & improvement delivery in operational, supply chain and finance environments
- Industry experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or supply chain
- Strong understanding of operations–finance integration
- Hands-on BPMN (or equivalent structured methodology) experience
- Evidence of delivering tangible, implemented improvements
- Must be Immediately Available

This is a hands-on delivery role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
