Integration Manager - Buy and Build

We are supporting a private equity-backed technology platform at the start of an aggressive buy-and-build journey.

They are looking for a hands-on Integration Manager to help bring structure, pace and consistency to post-acquisition integration across finance, systems and operations.

This is not a strategy role - it is about delivery in a fast-moving, unstructured SME environment.

Key focus areas:

• Post-acquisition integration execution

• Systems migration (Sage / finance platforms)

• Working directly with acquired business leaders

Ideal background:

• Integration experience in SME / PE-backed environments

• Strong systems and finance process exposure

• Comfortable operating hands-on in ambiguous environments
