Stanton House are partnering with a market-leading global business to recruit a newly created Senior Finance Business Partner reporting directly to the VP Commercial Finance. Operating across travel, loyalty, insurance and customer engagement, this international organisation supports millions of customers worldwide and continues to deliver impressive growth.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity created to strengthen a critical commercial finance function, improve business continuity and drive greater standardisation, automation and process excellence across a global operation.

The role sits at the heart of a high-volume, commercially focused business, supporting one of the organisation's largest cost bases and partnering with stakeholders across multiple international markets. This is not a traditional finance role. It combines commercial finance, leadership, financial modelling, business partnering and transformation, offering the opportunity to influence decision making across a large, complex global business.

💼 The role:
You will lead a team of three Finance Business Partners based across London, Hong Kong and the US, while partnering closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders globally. Alongside ownership of forecasting, budgeting and financial performance, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and coaching an international team of Finance Business Partners
• Driving standardisation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes across regions
• Supporting strategic partnerships through commercial analysis, pricing and negotiations
• Building and reviewing complex financial models to support commercial decision making
• Delivering process improvement, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthening governance, controls and business process ownership
• Partnering with operations, finance operations, contracting and strategic partnerships teams globally
• Improving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring key activities do not fall through organisational gaps
• Acting as a trusted deputy and senior leader within a globally distributed finance function

This role requires a commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across an international business.

🎯 What we're looking for:
• Big4 ACA trained
• Strong finance business partnering and commercial finance experience
• Experience in the travel or payments sector would be advantageous​​​​​​
• Advanced financial modelling capability, with experience building and reviewing complex models
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Background working within complex international or matrix organisations
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance management expertise
• Demonstrable experience driving process improvement, standardisation and automation
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and strong personalities across the business
• International exposure and experience managing geographically dispersed teams would be highly beneficial
