Solution Engineering Team Lead | Series A | REMOTE | Up to $220k Base + Bonus

I'm working with a Series A security startup who specialize in no/low-code automation to identify a Solution Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of 9 security architects and engineers. This role encompasses three key areas: 30% customer facing duties, 60% people management, 10% working as technical lead assisting your team as needed.

Requirements
~ Experience managing a software engineering team of at least 5 people

~ At least 7 years of experience as a back-end software engineer

~ Track record of building solutions that are deployed in customer-facing environments
~ Previous/current experience having worked for Big Four or Tier 1 security consultancy with understanding of a security professional services model
~Be able to work EST or CST hours
