Head of Sales opportunity to join a long established Cybersecurity services business in the offensive security space

$400k-$500k OTE 50/50 Split + Equity+ Benefits

Location: Remote US

Stanton House is partnering with a long established Cybersecurity services business in the offensive security space to hire a Head of Sales for North America.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who have experience in Cybersecruity services who are looking to take on their next opportunity leading a sales team, implementing GTM playbooks that allow for cross vertical pollination and want to truly make an impact in a business looking to scale.

Required Skills/Experience

  • You're a Cybersecurity sales professional who has experience managing a team.
  • You're adept at tapping into different GTM strategies to expand verticals.
  • You're empatetic to smaller businesses and enjoy a "roll your sleeves up" mentality.
  • You're adept at creating outbound motions and coaching/guiding sales teams on the right sales methodologies
  • You're experienced with SOWs
