Director of Product Marketing

Director of Product Marketing opportunity to join an early stage AI SecOps Automation vendor, a pioneer in their space

$225k-$275k OTE 80/20 Split + Equity+ Benefits

Location: Remote US (Must be EST or CST)

Stanton House has exclusively partnered with a leading AI SecOps automation vendor who have pioneered their space and are growing exponentially. We have several key hires we are conducting searches for across their GTM team.

We're seeking a strategic and technical Director of Product Marketing to join our growing startup and lead our Product Marketing initiatives from the ground up. In this role, you'll own the full Product Marketing strategy, focused on: Core positioning, Messaging, Collateral, Enablement, Website Content, Technical Content, acting as key interface between Product Managers and Sales folk internally and externally, relevant partners, customers and analysts.

This is a hugely exciting start-up led by serial entrepreneurs and who are backed by some of the most notable VCs and strategic investors in the Cybersecurity space. If you enjoy spearheading your specialty in a high growth environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Required Skills/Experience

  • You're a B2B cybersecurity product marketer or sales engineer looking to develop new skills
  • You're a strong communicator, simplifier, and collaborator
  • You're a strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution
  • You're a story-teller who can craft messages that resonate, even with complex technical topics
  • You're builder who can design and run new processes
  • Have a passion for building and scaling product businesses by identifying the intersection of customer pain points, market requirements, and product value
