Customer Success Manager to join Series A SecOps/Threat Intel security vendor|$140k Base + Bonus + Equity| Remote: EST or CST
Stanton House has partnered with a leading SecOps/Threat Intel security vendor who are experience a significant period of growth as they lean towards their Series B fundraise.
We are looking for a hands on CSM who enjoys building out documentation, implementing processes and tools, being the technical/business conduit between customers and engineers/developer teams, triaging queries and requests and focusing on upsells/renewals with large, volume focused accounts.
