Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager to join Series A SecOps/Threat Intel security vendor|$140k Base + Bonus + Equity| Remote: EST or CST

Stanton House has partnered with a leading SecOps/Threat Intel security vendor who are experience a significant period of growth as they lean towards their Series B fundraise.

We are looking for a hands on CSM who enjoys building out documentation, implementing processes and tools, being the technical/business conduit between customers and engineers/developer teams, triaging queries and requests and focusing on upsells/renewals with large, volume focused accounts.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5-10 years relevant work experience having been a CSM in a Cybersecurity vendor.
  • Experience with a large volume of accounts- typically 20-30.
  • Start- up experience is required ($40m revenue and lower) and larger company is experience is also ideal.
  • Experience with Zendesk and ClientSuccess is a bonus.
  • Capable of beginning with raw data and performing meaningful analysis in the context of product performance and customer activities.
