Founding Enterprise Account Executive
Company: Agentic AI Co-pilot vendor for Red and Blue teamers
Location: New York
Compensation: $300k-$350k OTE 50/50 split + Equity
Key responsibilities:
-Lead go-to-market strategy, from prospecting through to close focused on targeting Financial Institutions and Banking verticals.
-Craft and deliver tailored pitches, business cases, and POVs to CISOs, CIOs, and enterprise security teams.
-Develop pipeline through targeted outreach, strategic channel partnerships, and inbound lead management.
-Deal nurture and contract finalization.
-Spot upsell and renewal opportunities.
-Work directly with the CEO and other founding team members to help build the team, implement processes, tools and strategies for success.
Experience required:
-Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to large financial institutions, and can speak the language of CISOs and CIOs.
-You've been part of a company that scaled from around $1M to $20M+ ARR.
-You know how to establish new sales frameworks from the ground up from prospecting through to close.
-Have a demonstrated track record of overachieving sales quota and high velocity KPIs.
