Regional Sales Director-Northeast
About the opportunity:
Stanton House is partnered with a hypergrowth AI SecOps startup for a multi-hire sales team build out whilst expanding their Sales leadership team. This is a hugely exciting start-up led by serial entrepreneurs and who are backed by some of the most notable VCs and strategic investors in the Cybersecurity space. We are now kicking things off with a Northeast Regional Sales Director
What you'll be doing:
-You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of 3-5 Account Executives across the Northeast.
-You’ll be responsible for mentoring your team through complex enterprise sales cycles, driving strong pipeline generation and quota attainment, and helping the team scale with discipline and efficiency.
-Your leadership will directly impact go-to-market strategy and growth in the Northeast.
What we're looking for:
-2+ years of experience managing a team of high performing Enterprise Account Executives
-5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, in a relevant space, such as Cloud security, DevOps, SecOps, or IAM.
-Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
-A hands on leader, methodical in your approach with the ability to coach, nurture, hire and retain standout sales folks.
