Change Lead

Job - Change Lead, 2 years Fixed term contract

Location - north London hybrid (3 days in the office)

Salary - £85 000 - £100 000 +benefits

Overview:
Stanton house is working with a global FMCG business which is currently going through a big transformation. They are looking for an experienced Change Lead to join in and help with leading integrated Change Management efforts across multiple programs and functions. The change lead will be involved in stakeholder management, communication strategies, training, and adoption planning for large-scale change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leaders in championing change, aligning them with the transformation vision, and coaching them on change leadership.
  • Manage the market-level change pipeline, assess change readiness and impact, and ensure effective coordination of ongoing and future change efforts.
  • Collaborate with program and functional teams to shape change strategies, tailor implementation plans, and ensure stakeholder engagement across all levels, including frontline teams.
  • Coordinate internal communications, tailoring messaging and delivery methods to ensure consistent understanding across all stakeholder groups.
  • Promote best practices in Change Management and support capability development through coaching, training design, and knowledge sharing.
  • Track change progress and adoption, report key insights and risks to leadership, and ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops.

Skills & Experience needed:

  • Proven experience in leading Change Management efforts across complex, cross-functional or multi-market environments.
  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Background in managing or supporting transformation programs, including planning, execution, and budget oversight.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels, including within matrixed and global organisations.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and relationship-driven.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities.
  • Capable of modelling and encouraging new mindsets, behaviours, and ways of working.
