Why This Role?

This isn't just another finance role, it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a business that's scaling fast. You'll be working closely with the Group Financial Controller to deliver high-quality reporting, actionable insights, and financial support across a growing portfolio. It's ideal for someone proactive, commercially minded, and hungry to grow.

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand business drivers.
  • Support post-acquisition integration into group reporting and processes.
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
  • Prepare materials for board packs and investor updates.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to finance transformation projects, including systems enhancements and automation.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience in management accounting, ideally in a group or multi-entity setting.
  • Experience in PE-backed, SaaS, or high-growth businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI and ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics) a bonus.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Although this is a permanent position, ideal start date is mid-end of September 2025.
