EMEA Wealth Controller - Financial Services
The Role

This senior finance role is central to the controllership, regulatory reporting, and financial integrity of all Wealth legal entities across the UK, South Africa, and Dubai. What You'll Do
Lead month-end close and financial reporting for EMEA West Wealth entities in line with US GAAP and local regulatory requirements.
Manage statutory and regulatory filings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Own legal entity results and controls, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and robust governance.
Represent Finance in board and risk committee meetings, providing insight into financial performance, risks, and controls.
Coach and develop a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with shared services teams to drive standardisation, automation, and process excellence.
Support FP&A with accurate inputs, planning, budgeting, and insightful analysis.
Contribute to legal entity simplification, restructuring, and optimisation projects.
Act as a trusted business partner to Wealth product and leadership teams.
What We're Looking For
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in a multinational organisation.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, with hands-on experience in US GAAP and familiarity with UK, South Africa, and Dubai local GAAP/IFRS.
Experience with regulatory reporting (FCA or equivalent regulators).
Proficiency in Oracle Financial Systems, Hyperion Financial Management, and Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint desirable.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment.
