What You'll Do
Partner with senior executives to provide insight, challenge and commercial recommendations.
Deliver high-quality reporting, forecasting and analysis across a £350m cost base.
Translate financials into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.
Lead strategic projects, influence change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Present directly to management committees and play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded qualified accountant with deep FP&A and business partnering expertise, able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight. They will combine strong technical skills in reporting, forecasting and financial modelling with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility at the most senior levels, including C-suite. Agile in their approach and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, they will bring curiosity, problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset that drives continuous improvement. Insurance sector knowledge and familiarity with systems such as OneStream or Unit 4 would be advantageous.
