Group Financial Reporting Manager - Multi-Entity PE-Backed Business

The Role
Join a dynamic, fast-growing, PE-backed business as a Group Financial Reporting Manager. This senior role sits at the heart of the Group Finance function, leading statutory reporting, group consolidation, and audit processes across 20+ entities. You will partner with senior stakeholders, providing technical accounting expertise and shaping reporting and governance in a multi-entity, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead group statutory reporting and consolidation across 20+ entities.

  • Manage the external audit process and act as the key auditor contact.

  • Provide technical accounting guidance, including new standards and complex transactions.

  • Partner with entity finance leads to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

  • Coach and develop direct reports, with scope to expand the team.

  • Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and governance.

  • Support ad-hoc strategic finance projects as required.

What We're Looking For

  • ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with 5-10 years PQE.

  • Strong technical grounding, ideally trained in a Top 10+ audit firm.

  • Experience in multi-entity/group reporting, ideally PE-backed or complex corporate environment.

  • Hands-on delivery with high-level stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting experience.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
