Job Title:
Finance Business Partner
Finance Business Partner required for a FTSE listed professional services organisation based in London!
£80,000 - £90,000 + bonus and benefits, dependent on experience

A large, international services-led organisation delivering critical operations across multiple sectors and geographies.
The business operates within a highly matrixed, contract-driven environment, where regional teams retain ownership of performance and cost, creating both complexity and opportunity.
A multi-year technology transformation programme is underway to standardise systems, improve cost efficiency, and introduce greater global alignment. Finance plays a central role in this, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, influencing investment decisions and driving commercial outcomes.
This is a senior finance partnering role aligned to the global technology function.
The position is focused on supporting a large-scale transformation agenda, working directly with senior leadership to shape technology investment decisions and improve performance across a complex international cost base.
You will operate at a global level, balancing strategic priorities with regional realities, providing clear financial insight and influencing decisions that impact cost, efficiency, and long-term value.
The role offers high visibility across senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to major initiatives including ERP implementation, vendor consolidation, and automation programmes.
To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role within a large, complex organisation
  • Track record of working with executive level stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financial insight to business outcomes
  • Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic initiatives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including presenting to senior audiences
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Able to interpret complex or incomplete data and apply sound judgement
A little more information about the role:
  • Partner with senior technology leadership, including executive-level stakeholders, to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and present business cases for technology initiatives and transformation programmes
  • Identify opportunities to optimise technology spend, including vendor consolidation and cost efficiencies
  • Support global cost management across multiple regions, including recharge models and allocation frameworks
  • Provide clear financial insight into key technology investments, including ERP and digital transformation initiatives
  • Translate complex financial and operational information into concise, decision-focused outputs
  • Challenge assumptions and provide independent commercial insight to improve outcomes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned to transformation objectives
