Stanton House is exclusively partnering with a leading UK consumer telecommunications business to recruit two newly created Commercial Finance Lead positions. Following a major industry transformation, the organisation is building a new Commercial Finance structure centred around full end-to-end ownership of its high-growth value brands.

💼 The role:
You will act as the lead commercial finance partner for your assigned brand portfolio, taking ownership of financial planning, performance management and commercial decision support.

Key responsibilities include:
• Full ownership of Revenue to EBITDA performance
• Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Delivering month-end analysis, performance reporting and executive insight
• Developing and evaluating commercial and investment business cases
• Partnering closely with trading, marketing and commercial leadership teams
• Providing challenge, recommendations and commercial guidance to stakeholders
• Managing risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
• Owning forecasting models and KPI reporting
• Supporting proposition launches, pricing decisions and strategic investments
• Driving accountability and informed commercial decision making across the business

🎯 What we're looking for:
• ACA Big 4 Trained
• Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience in a medium to large corporate
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering background
• Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic decisions
• Proven forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience
• Exposure to revenue management, cost control and P&L ownership
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Previous experience within a medium-to-large organisation
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience within telecommunications, consumer businesses, retail or subscription-led environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
