Director of IT Risk | Banking | On-Site* | $220 - $270k + Bonus + RSU's

I'm partnered with an global financial institution seeking to hire a Director of IT Risk to make an immediate impact on their Information Technology practice. This position will focus on providing strategic leadership, expert guidance, and effective oversight of Information Technology within the Second Line of Defense (2LOD) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. This firm is currently undertaking a move from on-prem to hybrid infrastructure, so you will have the opportunity to make a large impact on critical systems globally. The role will start as an IC position with the opportunity to hire a team member later in the year.

Requirements:
~Extensive experience developing and executing 2LOD risk programs across complex IT environments
~Expert in Second Line functions within the finance and banking industries, both as a leader and in a highly technical hands-on capacity
~Expert communicator with the ability to hold command in c-level meetings
~US Citizen or Green Card Holder
