Regional Sales Manager - AppSec Posture Management, Mid-Atlantic

A high-growth cybersecurity startup is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive go-to-market execution across the Mid-Atlantic territory.

This role focuses on new logo acquisition and expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers, selling an AI-powered Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform that helps security teams prioritize risk, reduce tech debt, and streamline remediation across application, cloud, and infrastructure environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across a large, multi-account territory

  • Build relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and practitioners

  • Lead strong discovery to align solutions to customer risk and business outcomes

  • Drive pipeline, forecasting, and accurate CRM reporting

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity sales experience (AppSec, Cloud, or Infrastructure security)

  • Proven success closing complex enterprise and mid-market deals

  • Experience operating in startup or high-growth, quota-driven environments

  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills

Compensation

  • Base salary: $120,000–$130,000

  • Commission, equity, and full benefits included
