Regional Sales Manager - AppSec Posture Management, Mid-Atlantic
A high-growth cybersecurity startup is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive go-to-market execution across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
This role focuses on new logo acquisition and expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers, selling an AI-powered Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform that helps security teams prioritize risk, reduce tech debt, and streamline remediation across application, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across a large, multi-account territory
Build relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and practitioners
Lead strong discovery to align solutions to customer risk and business outcomes
Drive pipeline, forecasting, and accurate CRM reporting
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
What You Bring
10+ years of cybersecurity sales experience (AppSec, Cloud, or Infrastructure security)
Proven success closing complex enterprise and mid-market deals
Experience operating in startup or high-growth, quota-driven environments
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
Base salary: $120,000–$130,000
Commission, equity, and full benefits included
