Senior Full-Stack Engineer Well-funded AI healthcare startup | Remote $150K - $250K + equity
About the opportunity
We are partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing AI healthcare company building autonomous AI agents that take on real clinical and administrative work for healthcare organizations. The product is live in production and scaling quickly across a growing base of healthcare partners. This is a hands-on engineering environment where you own real product and ship directly to users.
The role
You will work as a senior full-stack engineer, building and shipping features end to end across the stack. This is a true ownership role for someone who wants to move quickly, take responsibility for outcomes, and have a direct impact on a product used in real healthcare settings.
What you will do
- Build and ship full-stack features end to end, across both frontend and backend
- Design clean, reliable APIs and own the systems behind them
- Develop and scale LLM-powered product features that healthcare users depend on
- Take ownership of your work from idea through to production
What we are looking for
- Senior-level full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- A proven track record designing, shipping, and scaling LLM-powered applications
- Strong product instincts and a bias toward shipping
- Experience thriving in a startup or early-stage environment, whether as a founder, an early engineer, or a key builder on a small team
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM or agent frameworks
- Background working in healthcare or another regulated, high-stakes domain
