What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the strategy and delivery of IAM & CIAM programs

- Build and manage high-performing teams (10+ headcount)
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align identity with business priorities
- Drive improvements across governance, authentication, and access controls
- Support growth initiatives, including M&A integration

- Proven experience leading IAM teams at scale (10+ people)
- Deep expertise across Enterprise IAM + CIAM
- Track record delivering complex IAM programs
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
