Senior FP&A Manager | High-Growth Fintech | London (Hybrid)

💰 £70-80k + Performance-Based Equity | 📍 London (3 days in office)

We're seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join a lean, rapidly growing fintech delivering innovative global payments and multi-currency solutions. This newly created role reports directly to the CFO, offering board-level exposure and the opportunity to shape the FP&A function as the business scales internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals
• Provide monthly performance insights and variance analysis to the Board
• Develop and enhance financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making
• Partner with business units across multiple markets to analyze performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance FP&A efficiency

Ideal Candidate

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with experience in audit, fintech, or financial services
• 3+ years of FP&A, financial modelling, and commercial finance experience
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis, with board-level reporting experience
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment
• Immediate availability preferred
