We're seeking an experienced International Financial Controller to oversee the finance operations of 40+ entities across Malta, Germany, the UK, and India. This is a hands-on, high-impact role driving accurate reporting, robust governance, and operational efficiency across the Group.

What you'll do:

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual closes, consolidations, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, IFRS, and Group policies, partnering with auditors and advisors globally.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP optimizations to streamline reporting and controls.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide finance teams, supporting strategic initiatives across the Group.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 7+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally in multi-entity international finance.
• Strong IFRS, consolidation, and audit experience, with proven leadership in multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working globally with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• ERP-savvy (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
