Job Title:
Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst required for a dynamic, PE-backed healthcare business (Hybrid - Uxbridge area)

£65,000 - £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed international healthcare company seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Group Reporting team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation during a period of transformation and growth, supporting the delivery of accurate management reporting, insightful analysis, and process automation across the business.

As Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the production of monthly management packs, including variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership and the board. You'll collaborate with finance business partners across multiple divisions to ensure consistency and clarity in reporting, while supporting ad hoc analysis - including M&A activity - and helping to drive automation through tools such as Power BI and Planful.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys building scalable, high-quality financial reporting processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
  • Strong experience in group or management reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting reviews
  • Proven ability to prepare professional management packs and board-level presentations
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas); familiarity with JD Edwards, Planful, and Power BI desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally
  • Commercially minded, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate monthly management reporting and variance analysis across group entities
  • Collaborate with business partners to review forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and risks
  • Support preparation of formal reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board
  • Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting through Power BI and Planful
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for M&A and strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new reporting tools

The role offers hybrid working (typically 2-3 days per week in the Uxbridge office) and the opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

If you're a qualified accountant with strong reporting and analytical skills looking to grow within a fast-moving, PE-backed business, we'd love to hear from you.
