Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
Location: Central London (Office-based)

We are exclusively working with a global hospitality group that is looking for an Operational Finance Reporting Analyst to join its central finance team in London.
You'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting and performance across a portfolio of properties across the UK, Europe, and the US.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of financial control, analysis, and business partnering, with regular exposure to senior finance leaders and investors.

About the Operational Finance Reporting Analyst Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll work closely with both group and property-level finance teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and analysing monthly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations from multiple sites.
• Providing insightful commentary and recommendations to enhance performance.
• Managing and improving the group's accounting systems, including supporting any future system migrations.
• Coordinating the forecasting and budgeting process with the FP&A team and local finance leads.
• Consolidating results for management, investors, and lenders.
• Supporting audit processes, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc projects such as refinancing or M&A due diligence.

Requirements for the Operational Finance Reporting Analyst role

• Experience within hospitality or a multi-entity, geographically diverse business.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• High attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across teams and regions.
