Job Title:
Change Manager

Job title: Change Manager Workday

Type of role: 18 months FTC

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000

Hybrid role: 2 days working on site (West London)

Stanton House is currently working with a high-profile organisation with the sport industry who is searching for a Change Manager with Workday experience to support the implementation and adoption of Workday across HR and Finance.

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with functional leads and change managers within finance and HR, providing leadership, coordination, and hands-on support to embed new ways of working. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with active delivery, including detailed impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.

This is a fixed-term role within a small, dynamic team, requiring resilience, strong interpersonal skills, and the gravitas to lead change in a complex, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies to support SaaS system deployments across the organisation.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs, toolkits, and user adoption initiatives to drive successful change.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, HR, Finance, and business leaders—to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on adoption, readiness, and resistance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and briefings to promote engagement and foster a culture of change readiness.
  • Support business readiness activities, including the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and go-live preparation.
  • Apply established change management methodologies and contribute to their continuous improvement for effective change delivery.

Due to the number of applications, we may not be able to respond to all unsuccessful applications.
