Stanton House is currently supporting an insurance business who is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/ PM to lead a strategic transformation project supporting our re-entry into the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) motor claims market. Reporting to the Head of Motor, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of a new TPA platform implementation-from requirements gathering and process design to delivery-working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and an external development partner in the Netherlands.

  • Support hands-on business analysis activities including workshops, documentation, and requirements validation.
  • Maintain transparency through strong governance, progress tracking, and clear communication to senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt plans to evolving business priorities while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • Track record of delivering transformation or system implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Strong understanding of motor claims processes (personal injury, credit hire, claims management).
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders, project plans, dependencies, and risks in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to translate complex requirements for both technical and business audiences.
  • Energetic, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Comfortable working virtually, with occasional travel to UK offices (Southampton, London, Birmingham) and collaboration with overseas partners.
  • Typically, 5+ years' experience in insurance or financial services project management/business analysis.
