The company is in a focused growth phase, investing heavily in go-to-market execution and building a predictable, revenue-driven demand engine. This role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact at a critical stage of scale.

The Role:
We’re seeking a performance-driven Director of Revenue Marketing to own pipeline creation and revenue impact across the full funnel. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps and is accountable for turning strategy into predictable, measurable growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, data-driven environments and understands how to build demand in complex B2B cybersecurity buying cycles.

What You’ll Own
Revenue & Pipeline Accountability

  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline from first touch through closed-won
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps on lead scoring, SLAs, attribution, and funnel conversion
  • Drive consistent lead quality and velocity across inbound and outbound motions
Integrated Campaigns & ABM
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, email, events, and content syndication
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing programs for priority accounts in close alignment with Sales
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and deal outcomes
Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Own reporting for pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, CAC efficiency, and funnel conversion
  • Translate data into actionable insights that improve performance and forecast accuracy
  • Build dashboards and operating rhythms that support executive-level decision making
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and RevOps
  • Manage and develop a small internal team plus external agencies and vendors
  • Drive clarity, accountability, and execution against revenue goals

What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in revenue marketing, demand generation, growth, or ABM leadership
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Deep experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex sales environment
  • Strong cross-functional operator who can influence without authority
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS cybersecurity (threat intelligence experience a strong plus)
