Overview:
Stanton House are partnering with a private equity backed telecoms business to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing £100m plus PE backed business and lead a high performing comercial finance team. The role will be vital for providing financial analysis and shaping strategic decision making.
It will also carry responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted finance partner, providing clear insight and challenge to drive better decisions
- Own monthly reporting and turn results into actionable outcomes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning with accuracy and pace
- Support strategic investments through data-led analysis and commercial insight
- Partner across teams to control costs, enhance systems, and drive improvement
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team focused on collaboration and results
Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong post qualified experience
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis
- Skilled at translating financials for senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Highly numerate with advanced Excel and data visualisation skills
- Strong communicator and collaborative leader
- Commercially minded with strategic insight and business awareness
- Able to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking
